Come and meet new members, celebrate with old members and have a rollicking good time.

PLEASE NOTE: THE COST IS PER ROOM NOT PER PERSON. Please divide the room cost by the number of people in the booking to work out a cost per person. For example: If the room houses 3 people, divide the cost by three and that is the per person cost. However, booking can only be made per room not per person.

Room Booking (Per Room):

Welcome to the 2023 Country Network AGM Bookings.

Rooms

Standard Twin Room $150 per night ($600.00) – sleeps 3 people queen and single bed.

Deluxe Queen Room $160 per night ($640.00)  – sleeps 1-2 people queen bed

Deluxe Twin Room $170 per night ($680.00)  – sleeps 2-3 people queen bed and single.

A continental breakfast is included in the room price.

NOTE: when booking a room could you please organize to have people you know stay with you.

Meet and Greet – Friday Night                                                                 Cost $25.00 ph

AGM – Saturday morning tea and lunch provided at no cost.

Dinner - Saturday night – Formal dinner with Cabaret.   Cost $55.00 ph

Sunday Bus Trip – Army Museum(Free)

Dinner Sunday Night -  Harrigan’s Irish Pub – dinner at own cost.

Monday 23rd October – Fighter World Williamtown – Entrance $14.00 ph Lunch is available at Fighter World.

Cost of Bus hire -  $42.00 ph (subsidised by Country Network)

Farewell Dinner – Monday night - Informal Dinner with Selected Menu. Pay as you go.
