Ballarat Frolic Festival is Ballarat’s Pride Festival. We are a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organisation that runs twice-yearly, inclusive pride festivals promoting and supporting regional LGBTIQA+ artists, art, and culture.
We envisage creating an inclusive Ballarat where LGBTIQA+ people feel visible, connected, and proud; the broader community is welcoming; and our contributions to art, culture and community are valued and celebrated.
